Each week on UPN's hit series Nowhere Man, actor Bruce Greenwood's character, documentary photographer Thomas Veil, engages in a Fugitive-like search for the mysterious forces that have erased his identity. But what really bothers Greenwood isn't the evil conspiracy that threatens Veil's life, it's his hair. "We have had many discussions about Veil's hair," says Greenwood, 39. "I want to chop it off. They tell me, 'We've done extensive market research, and the hair is an issue with the viewers. An informed poll indicates you'll keep it long.' So there's a conspiracy even there."
